New project plan (S07 - S12)¶

Our reason for updating our project plan and removing functionalities is lost of a team member. With one team member down, we need to prioritize the most critical functionalities to ensure that we can deliver on our commitments. By doing so, we can ensure that our remaining team members can work efficiently and effectively. By updating our project plan and removing functionalities, we can stay on track and ensure that we deliver on time.

We had to remove task for implementation of new tool for comparision of old and new method for muscle deformation. It was one of the most time consuming task so removing this task together with complete descope of task "optimization of critical inefficiences" to TSP2 should be enough for us to deliver all other features.
