1. MAD

• new stuff keeps being added, not even sure the android app is not part of MVP / it's not but i'm not sure if the output will suffice w/o it
• Server - networking (1)
• New issues added during iteration -> better detail planning
• Not enough time, too much stuff to do

1. SAD

• we can't tell yet whether model is gonna work at all yet
• We're behind schedule
• merging process is annoying.

1. GLAD

• more standups is a good thing
• we've probably found the greatest technical hurdles and are resolving them
• High rating from last iteration
• nice UI (1)
• better platform for planning (excel)
