• using a task/assignee table for planning might be switched for excel table (automatically calculates sums) or structured document (easier to assign priorities, nest issues)
• It is a good idea to dedicate a single meeting for the discussion of testing strategies.
• use iteration tag even if the estimated tasks are not done. It is a good practice.
• new issues for following iterations can be added on the fly -> saves time during the planning
