3. Evaluate changes agreed during the last retrospective.

5. Decide about the technology (OpenSSL / Python crypto lib)
6. Plan the next iteration

Conclusion¶

1. Changed format of the commit message - see Convention wiki page
2. Working with Google Documents is quite a comfortable way of reviewing documents
3. The team agreed that the communication, cooperation and conventions work without any significant disturbance
4. The project reached the PRI milestone
5. Repository labels were applied for PRI milestone and iteration #1
6. Discussion about used technology - OpenSSL / Python Crypto -> the whole team agreed to use OpenSSL
7. All iteration #1 tasks were closed
8. Tasks for iteration #2 were planned
