Agenda¶

1. Each of the team briefly evaluates the pros and cons of the iteration based on the following points: project state, project plan, team cooperation, tools, artefacts
2. What shall be better in the next iteration?
3. How did we managed to change problematic points from the previous retrospective?
4. Other problems
5. Evaluate if we achieved the iteration targets - was IOC achieved?
6. Synchronization discussion (short standup)
7. Planning of the next iteration

Conclusion¶

1. Evaluation of the iteration:
   • Honza: The team works perfectly, the process is well established.
   • David: The majority of tasks was finished during the first week, all went smooth.
   • Michal: Clean iteration, great cooperation, the process is well established.
   • Standa: Positive rating of the iteration, interesting workload, great cooperation.
2. No process improvements were found.
3. No problematic points were identified during the previous retrospective.
4. As discussed during the standup, the first week of iteration was not as productive, but as stated on the standup, all issues were closed before the deadline.
5. Iteration targets were met! The customer was satisfied with the application state. Change request from the previous iteration was implemented.
6. IOC milestone was reached according to the project plan.
