Inside the development team¶

Meetings:

• Weekly stand-up: bi-weekly (odd weeks) on Friday at 14:00
• Retrospective & planning: bi-weekly (even weeks) on Friday at 15:00

With the customer¶

• Demo meeting: bi-weekly (even weeks) on Friday at 14:00

With the mentor¶

• Review meeting: bi-weekly (odd weeks) on Monday at 9:00
• (mentor will participate in the first Demo meeting)
• (mentor will participate in the Demo meeting of the iteration when the LCA milestone is achieved)
• (mentor will participate in the Planning & Retrospective meeting after the first iteration)
