Conclusion¶

1. The recent changes were presented to the customer. Mr. Daněk accepts all the changes and is very satisfied with the final product.
2. Mr. Daněk confirmed that the software passed the validation procedure and the product actually resolved one long term issue in the YOSO company.
3. Delivery artefacts were presented and handed over to the customer. The team made a commitment to the customer to assist during installation and maintenance if necessary.
4. The customer signed the hand over protocol
5. The customer was informed about the evaluation form and he promised to fill it in today.
6. The customer expressed a great satisfaction with our work and the final product.
