Education Organization¶

• exchange organizational information about a state’s education agencies, from campus to Local Education Agency to Education Service Center to State Education Agency

Calendar¶

• campus-specific school calendars that define the instructional, in-service, holidays, weather days, etc

Master Schedule¶

• course offerings schedule

Student¶

• identification, characteristic, and demographic information is required to be exchanged

Student-parent

• information and the association that relates students to the parent

Enrollment (zápis)¶

• campus enrollments and/or in specific class sections

Staff Association¶

• wide variety of personnel, demographic, employment, assignment, teaching, and attendance information about staff of education organizations

Attendance (docházka)¶

• daily attendance or class-level attendance

Discipline¶

• discipline incidents and discipline actions

Grade¶

• grade information, report card grades a grading period, end-of-year report card or graduation associated with a student

Transcript¶

• a complete academic record and select course transcript information associated with a student

Program¶

• students’ participation in programs

Assessment Metadata

• test metadata (i.e., data that describes the assessment). This includes information about the overall test, the learning objectives tested, the student expectations tested, and in the individual assessment items

Assessment (hodnocení)¶

*scores and other results associated with a test assessment (e.g., TAKS, PSAT, SAT, ACT, benchmark assessments)

Cohort¶

*any type of list of designated students for tracking, analysis, or intervention

Shared Services Arrangement Organization¶

• education organization to which another education organization (fiscal agent) provides services

Finance¶

• financial data such as actual, budget, and shared services arrangement actual

Student Restraint (restrikce)¶

• student restraint events
